We have been enabling and managing investments and participations in SMEs for our qualified investors since 2017.
With our SME IMPACT SICAV FUNDS we have been offering access to diversified portfolios of equity investments in successful growth companies since October 2021.
The financing is combined with technical and strategic advice from our experienced advisory team at SME Advisors AG. We sit on the administrative/advisory boards and actively support the companies during their growth phases, thereby increasing the company's value together.
The SMEs are pre-selected and evaluated by the Advisory. An independent investment committee checks the Advisor's selection and due diligence and gives investment recommendations to the fund manager
We generate impact by strengthening the SME market and thereby create and maintain jobs. In addition, due to our FNG sustainability profile, we exclude investment areas that are harmful to the environment and socially unacceptable.
