For our qualified investors, we have been facilitating and managing investments and shareholdings in SMEs since 2017.
With our SME IMPACT SICAV FUNDS we offer access to diversified portfolios of equity investments in successful growth companies since October 2021.
The financing is combined with professional and strategic advice from our entrepreneurial experienced advisory team. We sit on the boards of directors/advisory boards and actively support the companies during their growth phases, thus jointly increasing the value of the company.
The SMEs are pre-selected, evaluated and actively managed by the team of SME Adviors AG. An independent investment committee reviews the advisor's selection and due diligence and makes investment recommendations to the fund manager.
We generate impact by strengthening the SME market, thereby creating and preserving jobs. In addition, we exclude environmentally harmful and socially unacceptable investment areas based on our FNG sustainability profile.
